CANCELLATION POLICY AND OTHER AFFAIRS
ATTENTION!
I DO NOT SIGN THIS CONTRACT UNLESS YOU FULLY AGREE TO THE TERMS HEREIN! 1 ALLEGATIONS OF IGNORANCE ARE NOT ACCEPTED! (e.g.) I did not know that! ORII forgot it ! THIS CONTRACT IS FINAL AND NO VERBAL AGREEMENT SHALL OVERRIDE IT!
1) A cancelation and/or postponement to a driving lesson is allowed only 24 hours prior to the service time. Or you will lose the service (No exception)
2) Although sudden emergencies may occur; the Driving School will regrettably charge you for a pre-settled appointment if you attempt to cancel or reschedule it the same day, due to the fact that a Driving Instructor has already been contracted and must get pay regardless. Hence, you shall assume the loss for that specific service (e.g.) (you got sick, must take care of your child, last minute call from your job, etc.). You should not call the Driving School to establish these or
similar reasons. Will result futile (No exception)
3) All applicants to a Driving School service must claim a receipt for any payment made to the school. (No exception)
4) No money refund will be made to any client, without the payment receipt issued to you previously by the Driving School. (No exception)
5) All balances owed to the Driving School shall be paid at least, 2 days before the road test’s day or final service. (No exception)
6) The 5 Hour Class Certificate is mandatory to be able to take the road test in NYS. If you lose it, you will need a duplicate, which will cost you the amount of $ 35.00 dollars payable to the Driving School.
Note: if you need a duplicate certificate make sure to claim it before the road test day.
otherwise, we won’t guarantee such duplicate and you may lose your road test appointment.

7) The client or student has a period of one year (12 months) to accomplish any service purchased from the Driving School; otherwise, will lose the service and the right to get a refund. (No exception)
8) The client or student must have the learner’s permit at all times, when coming to redeem any Driving School service (5-hour class, driving lesson, road test, ETC.) Otherwise, the service
will be cancelled and forfeited. (No exception)
9) The client or student must be punctual on the agreed and specified time for a Driving lesson
Otherwise will get only the remaining time pertaining to that lesson. (No exception)
10) The Driving School as the entity providing the service, reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule a driving lesson or any appointment with a last-minute notice, due to a sudden inconvenient such as (instructor’s emergency, car break-down, etc.) (No exception)
11) If your driving lesson falls after or before business hours (e.g., before 9:00 am or after 6:00 pm) the driving school will be closed but you will meet your instructor right on front of the driving school. Do not assume that the lesson was canceled, even if the instructor is delayed; just wait until he/she comes to you. Failing to do so, results in losing the driving lesson. (No exception)
12) If you have a commentary or complaint about your instructor, please feel free to let us know at the front desk. If you do not wish to speak in person after the driving lesson, at least contact we through the phone to inform about the situation and we will be glad on assisting you, under total discretion.
13) The road test appointment will be scheduled in agreement with both parties (the driving school and you as the driving student). After such agreement has taken place the driving student will pay a fee to cancel or reschedule the appointment, fees will apply as follows. If canceled or rescheduled within the first week the student will pay 50% of total road test price. If the rescheduling or cancellation takes place after the first week the student will pay 75% of total road test price.
Note: an exception to the above rule applies only if the driving instructor recommends more practice based on student’s lack of knowledge and the driving student agrees to pay for more practice before the road test.
